4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. We will always try to provide a warning, but zero-tolerance violations (like hate speech) may result in immediate bans.

Lumina is provided "as is". We strive for 99.9% uptime and perfection, but software is software. We aren't liable for any digital hiccups.
